QuoteRampage2K- Quotenicecatchellard We have been passing on some really good receivers we could have used it is wr really are weak point? I would love to have chase claypool, dk metcalf, Darren waller etc. We haven't had a big body fast receiver in like ever. The closest I can think of was danario alexander and his knees were so bad. We have small stature guys that aren't contested ball catcheby nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Mariotta could succeed under mcvay if he could stay healthy he is a cheap young option if we could steal him away from the raiders. Also believe he has the accuracy and athletic ability to extend plays and has never had they type of team that goff has inherited. If anything I don't see a downgrade from goff but much cheaper option.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
I see a very stagnant philosophy from mcvay when is the last time we ran a trick or new gimmick play? It's seems like he was adding these plays in about every other week when in 2017-2018 seasons. I would be using everett like Patriots used hernandez in the backfield. I would have some wr or rb passes on these screen plays we run. Also cam akers at wildcat would be nice to see with a two back seby nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com

I get it seems like an overaction because we are 7-4 looks great on the surface. We are ahead of the Seahawks pending the game tonight. But we are still in danger of ending up first or third depending on the next week of games. We had control of the division and let it slip away with a very winnable game. We have a superbowl caliber talent on this team but the window is closing fast with ourby nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
You have to be looking to be be better at the most important position on offense. No one would be saying let's stick with a goff like rb, left tackle, receiver etc. He has upside no doubt he isn't the worst qb we have ever had but he is jim everett all over again. Ton of potential but can't put it all together. We definitely don't want worse than Goff but we would all take a qb better with this tby nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Saw that too in the replay he ain't going to win them all but I think he will have a positive impact this year. He looks in much better shape than in his time in Detroit and guy is a massive space eater I expect him to start playing really well in this last couple of games and possible playoffs.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Cool look at the history I only saw the rams remember watching many of games in the 90s at the old A man you always felt like you were a mile away from the players in that stadium and talk about nosebleed seats that place was a death trap when raiders were in town. Also big plus for the Todd Kinchen clip dude was an absolute beast. Could have had a second career in the WWF.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
There is definitely been some positive aspects to Goff's game and some bad to go along with it. I feel talent wise Goff is up there with all the ram greats and possibly the most gifted arm talent. The area he struggles with is the comprehension and execution of this offense. It's been stated so many times and is clearly evidenced by the total lack of time management and misuse of timeouts. Noby nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
That's pretty cool but completely useless feature. Would be better if they could they could shoot it in the sky like the bat signal lol.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteJamesJM Are you saying that based on this video? Or another? Because, and like I said I won't be fighting about it, that looks to me like it's clearly in his hand when his arm starts forward. I've watched the telecast that shows the side angle of his arm in slow motion that ball is moving before he starts the forward motion. The ball is falling out his hand in the bent back poby nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteJamesJM I think two things can be true here in what you say.... 1. If that was Goff yes, a fumble would have been called and 2. It was not a fumble according to the rules. That play was as blatant as possible of the empty hand rule on Brady his hand was coming forward without the ball secured.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
That was stupid two forward passes should have been loss of downby nicecatchellard - Game Time Forum
Got my old school jersey of Goff tonight and my la rams old school helmet logo socks. I'm hoping Goff turns it's up tonight and take revenge on Tom Brady tonight. Big game for Goff to show up on prime time.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
I think it's a lot of things injuries definitely had put a hamper on him. No denying the multiple injuries are adding up not just in nfl but college also. The guy doesn't have any common sense when it comes to making business decisions. He takes needless hits to often and some may say that it's his competiveness but it's reckless for the qb position. There is a fine line between the two butby nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
There have been three absolute freaks at wr over the last couple of years dk metcalf, Darren waller, and chase claypool. These guys were all in the mold of calvin johnson. I wanted all three in the draft and they were all available except claypool hell Darren waller went in the 6th.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Yeah kids is a monster like DK metcalf. We missed out the last two years on this type of receiver that would have been huge for us and goff's development. We were only a few picks away from snagging claypool but I bet we wouldn't have taken him and still taken jefferson. Mcvay needs a big go get it receiver but he doesn't see the need for one.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
He doesn't watch him after the plays where it occurs. He just goes back to his next play without a motion or word. The veteran qbs are motioning for there masks and getting right in the refs face.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotestlramz Good one. I didn't think of him. One more for this year JC Jackson patriots undrafted cb leads league in Int. With 6 from my RCC tigers. But I think your spot on with your assements and Williams is playing as well as anybody right now.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Ashawn looks healthy and in shape this year he looked bad in Detroit fitness wise. When he was at Alabama looked more athletic coming out of college we may have that form back this year which would be a huge plus. There was a couple pics I saw of him and dude looked a lot more muscular than just pot roast heavy.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
I know this has been touched on by several of us already but this guy gets no calls whatsoever when it comes to shots to the head or facemask pulls. Again this week on the sack play where Whitworth goes down Goffs facemask gets pulled. Again no call on the play. Goff has to be more vocal with the refs on these types of plays. Same things when he sees PI refs aren't going to give him calls likeby nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
As much as I would like to see noteboom take over I wouldn't want to invest and count on him for the starting role. It seems to be a matter of time before injuries will occur with him. He is a good backup plan but not sure for one of the most important positions on the line I would fully trust him.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Kiss of death from mcvay on these two guys expect the same or less from them at this point forward. It is pretty obvious to anyone watching that Reynolds has just outplayed and made more of his opportunities than Jefferson. Henderson and brown have outplayed Akers and it isn't even close at this point. I expect big things from these guys next year or this year if one of the starters go down. I really like Robert woods and not trying to steal anyone's thunder on this but "Bobby Trees" nickname has to be the worst. It's on the level of Jim Everett general blade nickname.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Man you are little early with that high praise lol. He has played well I will give him that but we wouldn't be able to match a top offer for him we have the depth and knack for developing cbs. I thought the same thing about trumaine a few years ago and have we missed him.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Not a fan of the bone and blue jersey look nothing in the Jersey to tie in with the pants other than the small amount of yellow that is hard to see in the bone pants. We need to see the bone uniform with the yellow or blue pants think that would be a nice change to the current all bone look for at least a game.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
It is like a yo yo with Goff and that's why everyone is so frustrated. We get a big win yesterday but your looking at Goff still today and saying he had some yards but no td. No int but a strip sack. Did offense look like they were in the zone or just in cruise control because defense was dominant again. We had the opportunity to put up a lot of points yesterday to a historically bad Seattle defeby nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
I know this sounds crazy to some but he can easily be replaced on this team hell he wasn't even starting last year. We have guys that can step in and play with David Long, Troy hill, etc I would hate to see him go and all because he gives us great play and depth. That int was a thing of beauty yesterday and he is balling out. As long as we keep Aubrey Pleasant I think we will be alright.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Need to change the poll to mark several selections for me. There are a lot of different scenarios to take into account contract, age, etc. But there are more than one for me definitely.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
Yes ashawn is exactly what we need if he is healthy. This is our space eater that will clog lanes and free up Donald and our lbs. He might also see more sacks with all the attention going towards Donald. Donald forces qbs to step up when they are pressured and they may pay dividends to a guy like ashawn. If he is healthy he is a big plus to this defense we don't really have anyone like him on theby nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
