QuoteClassicalwit The Dolphins have tall defensive players across the board. The results speak for themselves. You couldn't build a defense like they have using 5'-8" dwarfs. I don't know I might want to take a line of Aaron Donald little people lol.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteClassicalwit I think Mike Martz would set Goff straight. I don't think Sean would ever consult him though. So many of Goff's passes are wobblers. Kirt didn't throw the nicest ball, but his didn't look like Goff's. Warner did throw a lot more wobblers. Goffs errant wobbling passes are more if a new thing. He throws a way tighter spiral. But Kurt had touch that Goff can't figure out.by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com

Quotepromomasterj I don't factor that into my thoughts on this. A very good, young, game manager who doesn't miss games is a valuable asset to have. I don't think you pay top money to game managers that is my opinion and we kind of leveraged the house with that contract and the trade Fisher made. Quotepromomasterj McVay's instincts are to attack and impose his will on the other team, but it requires very good, consistent execution from the QB. Is he maybe over-estimating Goff's ability? We have a solid O-line, very good receivers and TE's, 3 good RB's and a very good defense. Maybe Jared is best as a game manager. QuoteRampage2K- Quotemax My guess is he has dropped considerably. PFF has him ranked 22nd now, after having him 5th earlier in the season. QuoteRamsAl48 Isn't the solution to cover zero is to have quick inside slant throws to the receivers... That is assuming our receiver can get a quick move to the inside without getting jammed at the line and break free with speed....that is why Brandin Cooks was valuable. QuoteL.A.Rams Thanks for posting that interesting article. In the part about rolling out to open up passing lanes, I was reminded about one of the unusual aspect of yesterday's game: Why did Goff have so many passes deflected at the line of scrimmage? This happened more often than perhaps in an other Rams game I have ever watched. I'm amazed on how NFL caliber QBs can antcipate a lineman or cb,by nicecatchellard - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 Quotespagsbacker I think that is undeniable. I see your point about winning with him. We did somehow get to the Super Bowl with him. I think McVay handled Goff better that year, when the O ran through Gurley and not Goff. Same things about Goff come to light every year. He has elite arm talent but questionable awareness and accuracy that may vary from drive to drive. When we pin all our hopes on just Goffs arm we usually lose. He looks best when we have balance and all weapons available just like every other capable QB in the league.
