Finally bringing some respectability to Miami. I`ve never been a Tannehill fan, but seeing how well he`s played under Gase is extremely impressive. We have spoken about Gase here in the past and many of us were impressed and intrigued by him well before he went to Miami. Peyton Manning always thought very highly of him. Would be nice to get that type of new HC for Goff and the Rams.by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteBigGame81 Mike Shanahan would take on Demoff's role. So you'd have Kyle Shanahan as HC and then Mike would pick the GM. Not sure what's so confusing about that?! I like Kyle Shanahan and Mike would pick the next GM, not Demoff. They could do better, but they could do much worse. I don't think it's a terrible idea. At least something to consider. QuoteBigGame81 Even though he's been announcing games on MNF, it's been 8 years since he last coached. Has the game passed him by? We talk about getting an offensive coach for Goff but what young QB did Gruden ever develop? I'm just on the fence right now about Gruden. Shaw kind of intrigues me more. And I`m a huge Gruden guy... A guy to watch tonight against Memphis. Should be a real air show tonight in Boca. I have him as a day 2 pick, but many draft analysts have him currently listed as a day 3 pick. I`m hoping he flies under the radar but I doubt it.by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com

Although he has struggled as a rookie, he`s shown a lot of positives and intangibles. When we look at the level of competition he was playing against last year and what he`s playing against this year, its night and day. He will get better and better and Philly management will look to add to the offense. I still see him as being better and having more upside than Goff. Do any of these HCs see anything they like on the offensive side of the ball? Gurley included? 4. What about the fact the Rams have 3 SSs playing at all times in McD, Alexander and Baby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotemerlin Stan loves the Patriots' way. He knows McDaniels from his year with STL. Nobody had a better year than he did with the offensive performance with Brady out. Second time around he should be wiser. And Caserio is probably the REAL heist too btw. Even if McD struggles and doesn't make progress we have ourselves a GM. Belichick doesn't have too many more years left with Brady.by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com

Quotealyoshamucci But I'm not passing on Demarcus Walker there. Guy was built to be a 7 tech LDE ... That said my main target at WR is James Washington of OK state ... his route running is decent, but his hands, body control, and ability to battle for the ball are other worldly. Quotewaterfield compared to many other owners is that he has more business pursuits than most -as evident that he has more financial power than any owner -with the possible exception of Paul Allen the Seattle owner. That means that he apparently needs a COO in addition to a GM to run the franchise. Quotelaram I want him out the second the season is over. My feelings have been very clear on Fisher, I absolutely loathed him as the coach of the team, but I look at this roster and its BAD. This team is loaded with BAD football players. Stocking the roster is the GM's job, therefore he failed miserably. He gotta go!! The jury is still out on how this will play out for Woody Johnson and his Jets. I was a big fan of this move at the time, but they will really need to turn things around fast and find their QB for this move to turn out to be successful. 100% legal.. Goff didn't even try to get out of bounds when Sherman was bearing down on him. It could even be looked at as being disrespectful on Goff`s part.
