QuoteIowaRam Snead If Snead/Demoff/Kroenke go the coordinator route, and not a big name head coach looking for full control, Snead will be back.by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteBlue and Gold would be a good bet That's why I`m not taking the points. a 27-6 Seattle win would not surprise me one bit. Wonder if Snead is also helping Demoff and Kroenke look for a new GM as well? LOLby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteSunTzu_vs_Camus THAT...is like not very competitive, if you ask me. When the going gets tough - just leave in the middle of yer contract and go backwards to an easier job. Lots of integrity there. NOT! Same as the Ol Ball Coach. Wimps and non-competitive self centered jerks who left their boys mid-battle. I don't like those personalities to be leaders of men. They can be leaders of youby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteBigGame81 If so, that's important to note. Demoff is a big part of the hiring process just like he was with Fisher. No assumptions there either. It is what it is. Now would Gruden be interested is a whole other question. I think he has the inside track on the job if he wants it.by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteOhiorams I`d feel a little less nervous if Nick Caserio came with him.. Who would McDaniels hire as his coaches? Who would be the Rams GM? How would they work together? Would Snead be back? If so, would it be the old collaborative Snead/Demoff/McDaniels effort? How many current Rams players would fit McDaniel`s system? Will he need a bunch of new players? No 1st round pick inby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
Unanimous choice for me.. Would really like to see Kroenke bring in a proven winning football GM/Exec in first to lead in that hiring process for their head coach. I think its ridiculous that Kroenke and Demoff are the ones going out setting up interviews for the Rams head coaching position again. Demoff was a big part of the Fisher hiring. How did that work out? I know they haven't hadby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteBigGame81 Kirwan mentioned that if they decide to hire a GM first, you're most likely looking at a coordinator for the HC job. Somebody like Jim Harbaugh is going to want full control, which I would assume anyways.by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills Even if its Gruden I'd rather have him under a strong football executive I dont love Gruden but would feel better if a proven exec hired him But if its a splash name Kroenke wants, he and Demoff will be making that call. Demoff is Stan`s right hand man and he trusts him.by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills Very good ones mind you....plausible. However, I dont think either is the homerun they want to hit. I dont trust Demoff/Kronke - making the decision other than Jim Harbaugh or Pete Carroll which I think universally would be applauded. Otherwise hiring the strong proven GM/Executive (Wolf/Polian) and letting them do the hiring eliminates Demoff/Kronke DeCosta and John Hby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
I`m assuming Kroenke wants a big splash name. Hopefully I`m wrong.by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotemerlin is I get the feeling he might quit and go right back to his cushy media job when the going gets tough. Also, the guy knows offense, which is valuable, but he's not really the disciplinarian type I think this soft roster needs. Not saying they need a Coughlin, but someone who is going to strongly turn around that country club atmosphere Fish had going on. I can get behind him if hby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotemerlin I get the feeling they're going to make a very strong head coaching hire, whoever it is. Top names are going to line up but in all that mix the question of GM and how they handle it is something I'm more concerned with. If they bring in a guy like Harbaugh he's going to come in with power. He'll also be part of the hiring decision on the GM side. So that route is probably saferby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotelaram QuoteArizonaRamFan Like I said I didn't exactly mean to instigate, but I do love to see who hit on whom (and who missed!), especially since I don't watch enough college ball to do it myself. You might remember I wanted Connor Shaw ;) (in my defense, in later rounds as a backup) All I would do every year is look at their top prospects and see if they could play or not. Quoteoldschoolramfan One thing about Gruden......The dude eats and breathes football. He would also be a perfect fit in SoCal. The media would love his interviews and he will instill discipline and players will immediately respect him. Plus, he may keep GW as his DC. Another angle the Rams may be looking at. Kroenke admittedly loves the Patriots way. What better way to at least TRY and follow that model by bringing in new GM Nick Caserio who has been with the Pats for 16 years and bringing in Josh McDaniel as head coach, who started with New England in 2001, the same time as Caserio started.
