But if he doesn't get it right this time around, then what? Demoff has been with the Rams organization for the last 8 losing seasons. Show me you can build a winner and I`ll be a believer. QuotePHDram In your opinion gurley is not a starting rb in the NFL? He is, just not my type of RB and I think he still has trade value and feel it may decrease as time goes on. It would be a bold move that they will probably never do, but I personally would if I could get good value in return and also save $.by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRFIP Love this kid! The anti-Gurley. I think he goes in round 3, and wouldn't be opposed to drafting him there and trading Gurley. What could we get for Gurley? Better trade him now before his value decreases even more. Only downside to Perine is that he has a decent of mileage on him over 3 years. So many underachievers on this team. This team has no character and many players no pride. I thought maybe, just maybe they would show some heart Sunday at home in their last game of the season against Arians and the Cards. I told everyone and their mom to bet the house and lay the 6-7 with AZ and told them it will probably be the most one sided game of the weekend. Meanwhile the blind Raby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 Which NFL franchise is the most dysfunctional? Posted by Mike Florio on January 3, 2017 Even with the ability to secure dibs on players via the draft and the waivers system, some bad teams remain bad, year in and year out. For plenty of the bad teams, the performances flow from various forms of dysfunction. And with several instances of dysfunction on display Monday, it’s fby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotejemach that Robinson blocked six plays in college...SIX. I didn't want Robinson...and if I would have known that, I would have screamed even louder at the pick. His limited strategy experience should have been a disqualifier. How do you draft a guy #2 overall that has blocked six plays...five of them running plays? And...you're asking him to play the #1 valued position on the OL, espeby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 Yeah, I'm finally done with GRob. Defended the pick and kept saying give him his 3 years. Well, he's had his danged 3 years. Now things are coming out that cast doubt about his heart and his smarts. It would take a miracle '17 turnaround now to win me over with this guy. And with his contract year coming up maybe he will decide to push himself some to get a 2nd big contrby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRFIP Greg Robinson: "Whoever comes in, I just hope they push me. I'm willing to step up." ... es.pn/2iBDlLM Ugh! I don't even want this guy on my team after reading that. I don't want to draft players that NEED to be motivated and pushed to do their job.by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quoteoldschoolramfan So Boras gets in over his head as an NFL OC, then he and the OL coach have different views on how to run the OL blocking schemes. This is all on Fisher.......He hires Boras for OC, then just sits and watches as he fails miserably. Glad they are all gone.........Also, with a new coaching staff, we may be closer than we think to a playoff run. It all starts up top. Therby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com

Quotezn Quotesstrams Just wondering if you had any favorites in the search.. I'd be ok with Shanahan or Payton... I really don't know. Like everyone else, I honestly don't know who will really work out. The things we fans are absolutely the worst at is predicting coaching success. I know I dislike a couple of them on the list. Quotealyoshamucci I know most are beyond upset about not having a first rounder ... but I can work with 37 and 69 and get players. The glaring issue I see is Free Agency. We have needs that can't be addressed by the draft (OT) and 4 other major needs with only 2 picks in the top 70. Quoteoldschoolramfan If they don't get that long KO return, the Wolverines may have gotten that W. Harbaugh's teams compete. Plus, I think Harbaugh calls a great offense and they run some good formations. Yes, you have to like how Harbaugh`s team fought to the very end.by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
And it was like a home game from them. I don't know anyone who took Michigan -7. Peppers out then Butt got knocked out. Speight isn't a very good QB. He will be a 3rd year redshirt Sophmore next season. I don't see how in anyway, shape or form he winds up on the Rams though. Rams will need to get the #1 overall pick again and basically give up on Goff after his first full NFL season.by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRampage Personally the "best case" would be Eric DeCosta but it doesn't appear like he wants to leave the Ravens. He was my hope in 2012. Chris Ballard is best case realistic choice for me if we "actually" hire a football GM w/ real power. As for the HC I want in this order Jim Harbaugh (not happening) David Shaw (also appears a no go but was at Rams HQ a few wks back)by PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com

Including this 2017 draft. Even though there is no 1st round pick. If the new HC and Snead or new GM see a QB prospect they really like and the value is there (doesn't matter which round) they should take him and try to develop him along with Goff. No way do I just sit back and rely 100% on Goff to develop and pray he turns out to be the guy. I'm also not afraid to hurt his feelings by brby PaulButcher59 - RamsFootballFans.com
