we do our own "custom butters".....just get unsalted sticks, let'em get to room temp, pick out your seasonings, from garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, whatever you like, kneed it into the butter, place it on a stretch of saran wrap and roll it into a log, seal up good on both ends, put it in the freezer.
Take them out when you want a change up of taste either cooking or breads and put it back up into the freezer.
