Well, now that you mention it..

I THINK it was hamburger meat.. it looked like it - it was definitely something that had been ground up.. but, it might have had a little more "girth" than hamburger meat.. we have a lot of bison meat around here, but not sure.. whatever it was, it rocked... I wished I had one right now..
