Not sure there is anything better.. .although the food I had in Japan comes very close.
When I lived in Germany I loved their salads because of a certain herb or spice they put into the salad dressing... but I could never discover what it was. And believe me I asked... nearly every restaurant in Germany I asked.
When I returned to Germany I was determined to discover the secret spice or herb BUT... they no longer used it. At least, they didn't in the places I ate. It will remain a mystery to me for the rest of my life... unless by some miracle I come across on some future travel adventure. - JamesJM
