where they never rebuilt the house - in the middle of regular neighborhoods.. One family chose to rebuild their entire house underground, but the city MADE them build some kind of structure on their lot.. So, they build a small room or two above ground, but the majority of the house is underground.. that's right in the middle f a regular neighborhood..

You can see other evidence still.. The mall got mangled and you can see slightly different colored bricks where they had to be replaced.. it is weird driving through a neighborhood and still seeing a slab..
