and in this case it's slam - dunk that that is exactly what happened... which includes Baldwin.
No one doubts it was an 'accident', that it was not 'intentional'... at least nothing I've read has insinuated that. Doesn't matter... it WAS negligent... from all parties involved with that weapon.
What worries me most about all this is the ignoring from some, (not on this board), that Baldwin is 100% free from any responsibility.... you couldn't piss on gun safety worse than that. What Baldwin did is completely counter to every safety lesson taught in all gun safety courses.. including buying a new gun.
