Well I gave you an example of how he could have relied on the so called gun safety people on the set even though he too -as the last person with the gun-had responsibility to check the gun. I can assure you this will not end in simply hands being slapped. Lots of attorneys are -if not already-on to the civil remedies including wrongful death and personal injury. Will there be criminal charges. I do believe there will be. I doubt enough evidence is there for 2d degree murder but from what I'm reading there can be a case for involuntary manslaughter that could "require" some jail time for a person or people.
So, given the circumstances including the death of a young cinematographer, I seriously doubt there will be a mere slap of the wrist-especially with all the publicity so far. (I mean everyone has an opinion and it all seems to focus on Baldwin) Unfortunately it has already become political.
