did it effect the W/L record? Hard to say... we don't have a very good team. But... players were disillusioned, parents were questioning other parents on whether or not they should allow their kids on the field.
Actual play calling, prep? That's far more difficult to say. I would say yes, it was a factor.... but not because he ran "X" when I would have run "Y". Hard to explain... but truly mysterious actions during games.
More will come out... as early as this evening I'm sure. He's gone as coach, also his teaching position. The replacement HC, this from reliable sources, took the exHC aside and offered help. All I personally know is that he was a 'likable' person... I have no knowledge, even by rumor, that he mistreated any player... other than by neglect. - JamesJM
