Here you have to be teacher to Head Coach UNLESS... none are willing to take the job. If that happens, (and it just did, to our basketball team), then anyone from the community can step in... however, once an employed teacher decides to take the HC job he or she is instantly promoted to HC and the non-teacher is released.... occasionally accepting an asst. coaching job but mostly simply leaving. - JamesJM
