Last I heard the inflation rate was at 8%, which is the highest its been since, I think, the 80's..
I've read that with an artificially inflated inflation rate (printing too much money to give away) the value of the dollar is taking a major hit.. Supply lines for goods are struggling because nobody wants to work, anymore.. Car lots are essentially empty, and from what I have read, grocery isles are going to be empty soon - at least for a while.. people are paying thousands above sticker price in order to buy new cars..
Gas is about to sky rocket.. we've been made dependent on OPEC and just recently asked OPEC to up their production to accommodate us and they flat out turned us down.. so, there will be a massive gas shortage in the near future and prices will seriously go up..
I assume people are selling used items for a couple of reasons: Because new items are so difficult to find and so expensive now, and people found a way to make extra cash instead of donating old items or throwing them out..
On your headphones, do you see any area in which there could be a short? I fix stuff like that all the time - have soldering iron and not afraid to use it - but with headphones, it would probably be difficult to find the short and get to it in order to fix it..
