But James: that is simply a "mission statement". I.E. If there is evidence of an athlete having sex with a telephone pole I'm sure that would be contrary to many of the goals set forth in the mission statement. But I'm also sure this is not on the list of violations that an athlete can be disciplined for. I haven't looked but I'm pretty sure the principal violation for which one can be suspended falls into the anti-doping regulations. Unless I'm mistaken that is where the IOC found authority to discipline Shari by taking away her 100 meter victory. So again, the question is why is pot part of the anti doping list which clearly is designed to make sure all athletes start in a fair and balanced field ?
