No-I am not cavalier on drug use. I'm saying the anti-doping rules and regulations established by the IOC and or the US Olympic Committee exists in order for the appearance of a level playing field. That means PEDs. and their use are banned. CDC-as far as I know-does not state that pot is a performance enhancing drug.
Tell me what I'm missing here and I'll be the first one to back off-if I'm wrong.
How you came to believe that I was talking about "drug use" in general as opposed to pot-I have no idea.
At bottom is that the IOC anti doping rules address performance enhancing drugs. CDC doesn't address that. Do you believe pot should be listed as a PED ?
Now, what I am NOT talking about is "drug use" in general and its impact on society and the health and welfare of people and their dependency (addiction). I have some very strong opinions on that but that has nothing to do with whether pot is a PED !
