but I choose my places to do so.....when I go to have work done on my truck I go to the mechanics in my speed shop and gab with them as they work.....IMO it's easy to see if people are acceptable to interaction......they look at you, recognize you and greet you....those who look down, or have their faces inside a phone screen are not ideal choices.
