Bring a book.....

and crayons (if the place doesn't have any).....I have a flip phone, but use it as a phone, and I always have it turned off, use it if I need it. If I'm in a car shop or dealership (dealing with a recall) I wander among the cars....if I'm at the dentist I keep looking at my watch....If I'm at the doctor I take a book to read.
