because that means they're already opening their mouths.. I think that's an automatic response when they got to eat to protect the eyes.. But, pec fins down, back arched is a warning sign to back off, which I'm always on the lookout for when close to them.. if their eyes roll white it may be too late - hopefully you jut get a nibble.. which would be fine with me.. I'd LOVE to have a few stitches as a result of a shark attack lol.. I know it sounds crazy, but I'd always have a killer story to tell.. One time in Belize we were with a guy who got bitten by a Tiger in Hawaii.. maybe 30 stitches in his calf, but we were RIVETED to his story.. he had pics on the boat with the blood and everything - tried to talk him into being interviewed for Shark Week..
