I've been wanting to respond but am having trouble knowing what's meant by "overrated". Overrated as far as what critics think of the song? It's Billboard standing? Money made for the artist? Radio airplay? Commercial use?

Not knowing for sure what is meant, I'll give an answer anyway: Don't Worry, Be Happy
