This large analysis looked at side effects including headache, fatigue, chills and shivering, diarrhea, fever, joint pain, muscle pain and nausea. They also looked at side effects where the injection took place in the arm, including pain at the injection site, swelling, tenderness, redness, itch, warmth and swollen armpit glands.

As is often the case in these discussions, sometimes things get mixed up.
I do not count the normal, well-covered and well-reported side-effects that can follow second shots as actual health risks. My wife for example was nauseous for 2 days following her second shot. There are various symptoms associated with the side effects, ranging from headaches to nausea, but those are not genuine health risks.
The health risks associated with the vaccine include allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis. As of March at least one study was saying that you see such reactions an estimated 2.5 to 11.1 times per million doses, and largely in individuals with a history of allergy.
IMO if someone is mixing up the ordinary side-effects with genuine health risks, they either don't understand the difference or (again IMO) are willfully ignorant of the difference.
So yeah that's a tiny percentage.
When I said those who have been harmed by this vaccine is a tiny percentage, I was referring to the tiny percentage who suffered genuine health risks such as allergic reaction and not the ordinary, "we all know about this" level side-effects people can often get from the 2nd shot.
