I can be out in 5 minutes or less. She often is up till 1 or even 2. BUT....Every third day at the Fire Station for over 30 years has helped with that. I don't sleep worth a crap at the station. I bet THAT is a big reason why my sleep is out of wack. Even when we sleep all night at the station, I rarely get into a deep sleep.
