I have had three of them....the first was at a hospital and it was truly horrific.
I am the type of person who falls asleep with in minutes of going to bed. But I could not go to sleep with the mask and other things on. Hell the tech even came in at one point and said (paraphrasing) "Mr. MIller you are going to have to fall asleep". I was about to say, "why the F*** didn't I think of that", when she abruptly left the room. that result showed I had minor sleep apnea. No recourse necessary
The second time was no issue
The third time was just as easy as the second, but they said the apnea was often enough that treatment was necessary. So CPAP time
