Well-to be honest I haven't tried not using it so I can't tell you if I feel better in the morning. I'm a late night guy and an early riser so for a couple of hrs in the morning I do feel tired. Then again, I have had anemia all my life for some reason. Not serious but enough to let me know I have to push myself when I feel tired. I've thought of quitting the CPAP machine to see if there is any diff but my wife insists that if I do and she notices I'm not breathing she will not wake me. Just let me go to swim with the fishes.
