I have listened to people state how they wake up so refreshed and raring to go...does that happen to you?
I get a good night of sleep, like I typically will sleep well for 6 or 7 hours during the week nights and 8 to 9 hours on the weekend. I feel rested but not supercharged like I have heard.
What I don't do anymore is fall sleep in the afternoon or early evening.
But I use mine, like you, every night, everywhere
