No, initially I read the radiologist's (or whoever read it) report stating I had a spot roughly the size of 10% of my right kidney that needed to be examined immediately.. I had a follow up with the gastro doc and, even tho he was convinced I needed my gall bladder out due to gall stones, he told me to forget about that right now and get the kidney checked - he had seen the photos - I hadn't yet....
So, I finally got an appt with a specialist in Dallas and, of course, they wanted me to immediately send them the film and report, so I had to go pick up a cd with both on it.. Today I finally looked for myself what the hullabaloo was all about on the untrasound film and it looks pretty bad - a lot worse than I thought it was going to look..
I'm assuming the specialist in Dallas will request an MRI and probably a biopsy and we'll go from there.. Its just trippin to me that had I not gotten gall stones, I wouldn't have known about this until who knows when...
