I'm eating a high protein snack one hour before working out. Yesterday was good, not great.... today I'd have to say was very good. Of course, I'm so out of shape that my metrics are abysmal right now, but that will come, I'm sure.
At my age I think I have set a reasonable goal for myself, nothing silly. 20 years ago I would have reached my goal by this time... today I'm going to be satisfied if I can get there in the next two months.
