Re: Yes, very mild....

Isn't that interesting. . . I have the same story. I had been working out at the gym for a number of years and maintained a healthy diet. . . then my amputation. Go figure.

But there will always be one unanswered question. What would my health be like had I not been working out.

Just a little off topic. . . it will be a long time before I go into a gym again . . after going five days a week for the last few years. And I miss it. . .not just the workouts, but the friends I've made. I'm experiencing a black hole in my day that's hard to fill. . . although my grandson gives me plenty of cardio, LOL
I see some gyms will soon be opening. . . but for me, they're petri dishes. . . the perfect medium for the virus, no matter how much they do to keep them clean. And as Vickie and I are in the high vulnerability range, I don't dare take a chance. Thankfully, I learned yoga before all this hit and I've ordered resistance bands to keep up some muscle. . . but it just isn't the same.

Actually, I've been out of the house maybe four hours the last three weeks. And that includes a dental visit.
