love my treadmill

I have a TV mounted above it and watch movies, Rams games or news when running

last 3 weeks I have been walking/running with my wife because the weather has been so nice and can walk....well whenever with being at home

I usually run on treadmill when its 110 outside or dark and cold during the winter.....also, nice before I go in to work
