I don't think any of them have any concerns about it. Many do have pine tree property "fences" but I don't know the reason. The back yard kind of faces West and the sunsets are nice but we will probably give that up, to some degree, for some trees. We made an offer, so we must be Ok with it lol...

We also plan to fence the yard so we won't actually be going into the field, especially when stuff is growing. It is good to know to keep out for at least 2 or 3 days after spraying. When I was growing up my favorite fishing hole was at the back of a field, so I am certain that I walked through some pesticides in the late 70's, lol.

Good to know about the drifts (and temp changes) and the insurance. Hopefully it will never be an issue but if it ever is we know we can contact them.
