The field is basically West of the property so I believe that is a better than if it were East of us. In Delaware we are very close to Sea Level and there are barely hills/valleys... except for the occasional "dip" in the road. That said, there are trees to the East of us and that would perhaps prevent the winds from effectively blowing any chemicals back the other way...

We are researching the water... We have asked some neighbors. We are going to do a home system with a RO system for drinking water. But the wells are deep and so far no one has had any issues. But the realtor said some homes do have water conditioners.

Thanks for the input and well wishes. Its not an easy decision but we have been looking for years and this is the first house that checks all the boxes... although the "view" box is mostly pencilled in.
