I'd be surprised if it was prevalent in any number of events... rowing, canoeing, volleyball, curling, except for the Russians, of course. Actually I suspect that where drug use is prevalent the USA is most likely every bit as guilty as Russia.

I have what you may believe to be a strange belief... I don't think 'money' is the root of all evil. I think "Fame" and "Power" are... and yeah, you can say money is power, and that would be true in many cases, but I've known, and know, many with 'money' who are the most philanthropic on earth.
