I heard about cupping years ago..

due to my never ending study of trying to find neck pain relief, but have never tried it.. I was all gung ho until I read the cupping marks stay with you for at least a week.. Wasn't willing to do that then..

Now I can't do it because if I did, everyone would say I was copying Michael Phelps.. Can't have that, either..

I give up.....
