I don’t mind the Oilers either. It’s nice to see a smaller market Canadian team have success. It is of such tremendous importance to the local fans. My appreciation of the Oilers happened because of the Gretzky days as well. Although, had Gretzky, Messier, et al played for Montreal I would have hated them. Once the Bruins are eliminated I too will be cheering for Edmonton. If the Oilers lose out I will be cheering for anyone but Vancouver.
