I live on the north shore of Lake Superior. Ontario is a huge province., so to get to my daughter by car we must first drive around Lake Superior before we can truly head south. The highways in northern Ontario are not major highways, so the driving is not always fast and it takes a bit of time until you reach the major highways in southern Ontario. We usually do it over two days.
