It was hosted by Roddy McDowell. Had interviews with Heston and Kim Hunter. Kim Hunter said the make up made the have to REALLY exaggerate facial movements to get the face pieces to move. Heston said he was fighting a very bad cold with fever and sore throat which helped his growl....."Keep your stinking paws off me you damned dirty ape!!!!" scene.
Heston also laughed at how even movie characters develop cliques. He said during breaks, the Chimps stayed together, the Gorillas were another group and Humans another. LOLOL Also there was a ruckus when 3-4 of the Gorillas jumped in a Station Wagon and went to a Restaurant to grab lunch.
