Personally, I love a lot of stuff from the late 50s to the mid 80s. IMO....Music started it's crash around late 88/ early 89....... I blame MTV. When MTV started infusing CLUB Music ("Club MTV"
and side show crap like "Remote Control", the Music started to RAPIDLY turn to absolute Studio Produced Techno Dance crap......Freaking BOY BANDS! We have discussed this before but I always thought Hair Bands became a bit TOO cliche and that veered things towards Grunge. I honestly know little about the insides of the industry but ......Just from my observations.
