that I enjoyed the races and I think he did great. Definitely he's on my 'watch' list from now on.
Update: And this won't at first sound like it but it's 'ski' related. Doing well on my diet... two months in... definitely losing weight. NOT out walking right now because we're soaked and if I tried I'd disappear into the mud.
Walking/running will definitely speed up the weight loss plus get me back into shape. Well, at least as good of shape as a man my age can get into.
So why am I losing weight and walking... the obvious reasons... health and wanting to get back to being the chick magnet I once was.
But also -
Skiing... been a few years since I skied and I miss it. A LOT. I'm actually researching skis at the moment hoping to find a good deal as this season winds down and they restock their shelves with the latest and greatest. Not easy, however... the 'tech' has changed a lot since I last bought skis. Unfortunately my grandson can't help me because he's a snowboarder (yccch) and knows nothing about skis. Right now after about a half hour researching and getting my mind blown by all the new tech I'm resorting too - "Oh, those are pretty". That will probably be the deciding factor for me. - JamesJM
