Ok, I'm ready... and about The Wolf's Call....

Hate to say this about a submarine movie but no, didn't care for it at all. Won't go into why... I think some of you would probably enjoy it.... just one point:

Never in the history of movies have I ever seen a more needless love scene. It had nothing to do with the movie... neither plot nor the character(s). I can't begin to think of a reason why someone came up with the idea of including it in this movie... well, yes I can... but no need to go on about it.

So... now 47 Meters. And Steve... some time back I mentioned on this board that I'm very good at suspending reality when it comes to movies. Diving is your passion.... so I can well understand your grimace over the technical inaccuracies. Space would be a passion of mine... and I have to put aside technical accuracy in nearly every space movie ever made.

I'm not put off by that as long as the movie is well made and entertaining... sounds like we're very much alike.

Only one chore that will interfere with watching 47 Meters straight thru... but it could be a lengthy one. Ah well.... - JamesJM
