Its like we're old war buddies..

Ice cream IS the greatest food ever invented.. And, yeah, gelato is the bomb.. unfortunately I can't really get any here, tho.. But rarely a night goes by that I don't have at least one serving of ice cream.. I generally fill a coffee cup up.. sometimes I have two cups or maybe go three in a day.. I just can't help myself.. it is the greatest invention, ever.. that and pasta..

I don't lose weight easily, myself, either.. Very difficult to get weight off - even if I completely stop eating.. I'd starve myself before shows and dive trips, and do a lot of cardio, but I haven't had a show or a trip in quite a while, so no motivation, other than the "don't pass a certain weight" thingy..

Craving-wise its ALWAYS sweets for me.. ice cream, tiramisu, pudding, pancakes, you name it.. I understand craving sweets signifies some sort of missing element in diet.. I would say it just signifies missing will power lol
