Been on a diet now for .... I don't know how long. Think I started about Jan 3rd.... so a month and a half maybe?
I have not cheated once. Daily calorie intake is anywhere from 800 calories to 1100 calories per day. No pasta, no desserts, nothing truly 'fattening' at all.
Now comes the Crab Dinner on Thursday night. Bread, Salad, Greens Beans with Bacon, Linguini with Clams, and all the Crab you can eat. Well.. all of any food item you can eat. Did I forget to mention the wine? I haven't had a glass of wine since Christmas. No alcohol, actually. Too many calories. OH WAIT... I just lied... I had 3 light beers on SB Sunday.
So anyway... I'm ready to gorge on Thursday but will I be able too? If past diets are any indication I won't be able to handle what my eyeballs think I can handle. And if I try I will pay a heavy price. Very heavy... like 3 days of moaning and groaning and thinking I'm going to die. Is it worth it? You're damn right it's worth it.
