In terms of who he is with the team I think he is very different. Pressers will have you thinking he's Mr. Nice guy. But I seriously doubt players think that about him, especially during film review when he nukes every mistake and this season there have been tons of them.

Look at Goff. He nuked Goff into the ground. The guy is relentless I think behind the scenes. Might come across as a Walmart clapper but behind that I think there is more than enough edge.

Also and btw I think a lot of his staff are going to feel that side of him this offseason. There's gonna be some heads rolling, already have been some, but of course he'll call it something else like "so and so will be joining x and we wish him well."

... and now Goff is the 6th-ranked QB in the league on a team whose skill players have been decimated w/injuries until the last two games.
