I did qualify regular season when speaking of the Niners’ streak.
Like I said, when you don’t have to worry about getting slobberknocked, you can focus on other things.
Do you consider the McVay Rams as physically dominating? I don’t. He’s out smarting teams on offense and on defense, with Morris, he’s reactive rather than aggressive and forcing.
And again I want McVay to grow as a coach. Football is not chess. I don’t have to tell you, but to show my emphasis, it’s a violent, physical game.
And the Rams don’t play that way. I offer the opportunity for you to counter me on that. The only example I can come up with is the playoff game in the Coliseum against the Cowboys.
Don’t get me wrong. I love the victories, the divisional, conference and league championships.
But it’s totally painful for me to watch my favorite team, not just lose to my most hated team, but to a very large extent, get dominated by them. PUT. THAT. DANG. STUFF. INTO. THE. GARBAGE.
Beat your rivals. Put a team together that doesn’t only beat your rivals, but sinks their egos to the bottom of the sea.
I’m so tired of this and I don’t see the Rams under McVay having the first inkling of how to flip the tables.
