McVay is anything but soft....The Rams won the Superbowl less than a year ago and now the organization, coaches, players and everything else are soft and they all suck. Seriously?

The Rams have been crushed by injuries and just simple bad luck. They haven't gotten any bounces all year. They have been devastated by injuries.

Yea they are losing games but they are for the most part still fighting and in most games until the end.

Even with all the terrible luck and injuries and they are a couple of stops and or fumble recoveries away from being in the hunt for the playoffs still.

McVay is a great coach and this season might be the exact best thing that could have happened to him, his ultra-competitive nature is going to come out and he will get this right.

I can't believe some of the hate for the best coach the Rams have ever had.... it's not even close. This is the best stretch of Rams football since the GSOT days 1 sb win and 1 loss and the late '70s and '80s and the Rams didn't win a Superbowl then but managed to lose 1.

As Rams fans, we are lucky to have McVay, but he needs to go back to what he was doing a few years ago...The O was so good like the year they beat the Cheifs in the Coliseum.

The Rams have work to do and I am thankful that McVay is going to be the guy we have next year after this humble pie eating season he was just force fed. There is nobody better for this right now the Coach McVay. Be careful what you wish for Rams fans....you wont like it when he is gone...trust that.
