Well that didn't take long.
Baker has an arm. Matt has a cannon. And sorry, there are only a few guys that can sling the rock like the guy that won last year's Super Bowl. Baker isn't one of them.
But you want to compare the injured Stafford of this year to Baker, fine. Now you can make comparisons. And we're going to see if Matt can even come back, much less come back at 100%. Is the Baker of last night better than injured 2022 Stafford? Sure. But I'm not putting anyone on a one game pedestal. Let the water flow a bit before you call it a river.
I agree. Guess the S#!Tstorm of a season will cause this type of overreaction to a win against the Raiders. Just 96 hours ago I bet you be hard pressed to find ANYONE on this forum beating the drum for a us to acquire the one and only Baker Mayfield. Now, after a last second comeback against a 5-7 Raider team that had allowed just 3 points in three quarters of play to our offense, he's replacing our super bowl winning QB and is the face of the franchise. Some are talking playoffs!!! Comical....
