Agreed. A healthy Stafford can win games just as well as Baker if not better (ie: Last year).

I'm not ready to set Stafford out to pasture just yet as I know what he can do with a good OL and when he's healthy.

Baker may have a future with the Rams but I think he will have to win the job from Matt when/if he comes back. That might not be as easy as some think.

Nice post Killrazor and as usual I couldn't agree more with you. Not ready to move on from Stafford and I have a feeling Stafford isn't ready to move on from us either.

I think we are just "bubble wrapping" Stafford for several reasons mainly his injuries and that horrible OL. Add in that the season is over and it all makes sense to just sit him.

If the injuries are not severe. And McVay seemed to indicate that is the case. Next year he should be better and ready to play.

A healthy Stafford > Mayfield and it's not even close imo.
