Won a SB last season and his defense this season is top 10 in points allowed though we complain about the vanilla soft approach.
On a team with a better offense that would be just fine . The Rams defense was constructed to compliment a high scoring offense.
If there is one grudge I hold vs Morris is that last Bucs drive the other week. He totally messed that up by not forcing them to the middle of the field.

The players should have been instructed to guard the sidelines at all cost. There was not enough time otherwise. He failed to do that. Something very simple and very common in the NFL.
