And you touch on them all. But I think while we can pick on some things across just about every aspect of the team their issues mainly stem from:

1. having to start 11 different OL (so far) this season. When teams get to their 8th OL they're typically in trouble. 11?
2. counting on Akers to return as their primary, productive RB and him falling totally flat
3. the coaching (poaching of assistants) that you mention; caught up to them offensively and I think Sean has to deal with that in the offseason.
4. Underestimating the drop-off at edge rusher that losing Miller would cause. And I admit I was one that thought they'd be adequate with Lewis, Hollins and Garrett (and maybe Hardy?) handling that side. And that if they weren't the Rams would find a suitable replacement at the trade deadline. It's a pretty gaping hole on an otherwise good defense.
5. The truncated offseason. Winning it all on February 13th, the parade and celebrations for days after (well-deserved) and all that came with it put this team behind when it came to 2022. The Combine was two weeks after the Super Bowl. Free agency started 4 weeks later. I think they were tired- physically and psychologically- coming into OTAs and camp. From the top down. Their season ending on Jan. 8th this year will be a gift...

I think going forward they have the ability to rebound pretty well in 2023. They are going to have a 3rd, possibly 4th place schedule (which affects only 3 opponents but still). As of today they have the 39th and 75th overall picks on Day 2 and have more draft ammo overall than they have had in several years. They are unlikely to get hammered by the injury bug on the OL like that two years in a row. Etc.

They aren't going to have a lot of $$ to spend in free agency but I don't think they really need to. And looking at contracts some of the guys you mention trading or releasing really don't benefit them much until 2024.

I think their core needs can get addressed. Two OL (one via FA and one in the Draft), Edge rusher, RB, S and CB depth, a good TE2/blocking TE.
