When you prevent the key is making the offense burn clock in exchange for yards. So yielding 20+ yard sideline throws is the one thing you cannot do. This is because then the offense gets the field position without the exchange of clock plus they get a reset. The secondary needs to work on this and get it down, because with this offense they are probably going to be in a lot of close situations late.
