How do you know that Tutu can't block? I know he is undersized but a lot of it is pure will and technique. He has been following Kupp around and Kupp is an excellent blocker. So maybe he is putting the tine in and could be decent at it. I certainly wouldn't expect him to take on a DT, but he probably could push a DB long enough for a runner to get by. I am not stating that he CAN block. I just don't get all the shots he takes about not being able to take shots by Rams fans. He was drafted to be the new Desean Jackson. I expect him to be used like that will a few long passes down the field and sometimes drawing the safeties away. Jefferson is obviously our #3 when healthy and si think a tutu is #3 now. McCutcheon and SKOW will get time too.
